Where do I send my invoices?

How do I use Invoice Generator from the main menu?

If you do not have an invoice template to work on, please click the Invoice Generator on the main menu on our website, and then fill in details before you submit. It will come to us. If you want to be doubly sure about the invoice having been received, send a text to 0479160265. We will confirm then.

Do I need an Australian Business Number (ABN)?

Yes

I do not have an ABN? How do I get one?

Look up on www.ato.gov.au. You can get it done online for free. If you want us to help you with it, we can but for a fee of $55.00

I want a client to refer to Mapple Care Plan Manager. How do I do it?

You can do it from our website using Refer a client link on the top of it.

My invoice was only paid partly? What can I do?

An invoice can be short paid for a number of reasons. The most common are: The unit price on the invoice is above the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits and therefore can not be paid in full. There are insufficient funds in the participants’ budget. For privacy reasons we are unable to share a participant’s details without their permission. In these instances, we will direct Providers to contact the Participant or their nominee. In some cases, these short paid invoices will be directed to the NDIS Provider Payments department. Occasionally, this could be caused by an administrative issue. If you can not solve your issue with any of the above, please contact Shivani on 0470 631 801.

Do you pay the same day each week?

We submit claims to the NDIA every business day. Claims are processed in order of receipt. We pay same day when we receive fund from NDIS, that means we pay every working day.
